Thelese Consulting Group is a Private Practice providing therapy for individuals and couples with mild forms of mental health challenges. TCG is seeking a licensed therapist with experience in evidence based practice in CBT, Trauma Informed Care, Relational Therapy, Crisis Management, Stress Management, Group Therapy and Clinical Supervision of post graduates. The licensed clinician will be hired as an independent contractor and must be available five mornings a week from Monday to Friday 9am-2pm by appointment only.. Applicants should possess computer skills, good writing and organizational skills as well as in-depth knowledge of mental health conditions. Good boundaries and rapport with clients is a necessity.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Greater: LMFT or LCSW

• Must have a current license (Marriage/Family Therapist, Social Worker) to provide psychotherapy in California

• 2+ years providing psychotherapy

• Completed required 15 CEUs to provide Clinical Supervision and 2 years post license

• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm via appointment only

• Available for 1x a month staff meetings in person

• Maintain Malpractice/Professional Liability Insurance

• NPI Number for paneling process

• Agrees to a 60%/40% compensation based on completed and paid sessions

• Contract is renewed annually

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual therapy for individuals, couples, group therapy

• Report to Management for guidance on treatment planning and consultation

• Provides clinical progress notes in client’s electronic health record

• May be asked to attend clinical team meetings

• Assists with clinical assessment and treatment plan for assigned clients

• Participates in discharge planning

• Participates in multi-disciplinary treatment planning and updates for assigned clients

• May be asked to communicate with family/support system throughout duration of client’s treatment

• Participates in training, and individual/group supervision meetings
